Make these year 'round on a stovetop or electric grill if it's too chilly to grill outside.

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
Ingredients

4 links (20 ounces) Bratwurst
3 ounces deli sliced Swiss cheese
4 (2 to 3 ounces) bratwurst or can use hoagie rolls, split
1-1/3 cups sauerkraut
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing or spicy brown mustard

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Grill bratwurst according to package directions.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Lay pieces of cheese inside each roll; toast on the grill until roll is golden and cheese is melted.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Fill rolls with bratwurst and sauerkraut; drizzing with dressing.
